Drilling Geology question
If a test well has been drilled below the Utica to either the Rose Run or the Trempealeau Dolomitet can they come in later and produce a Utica from it?????

Short answer yes, long answer no way in Hell would they do that. Unless they were the ones who drilled the test well. I'm assuming your question pertains to already existing holes drilled years ago. If I'm wrong please let me know.

That makes more sense. A driller isn't going to use someone else's hole but they'll repurpose one of their own.
