Enterprise liquids Pipeline

Got a letter in the mail from Enterprise liquids Pipeline LLC. about surveying for the ATex Express segment 2. I live in eastern licking County about 2 miles north of St. Rt. 16. They already have a line that goes through Perryton which is around St. Rt 568. Which they talked about use. Anybody know what is up?
