Well put Mike. The more everyone knows, the better off they are.

John, northern Washington county can be a large area. What would be the closest town of any size that she is located to??

Good advice unless....like I said she is my ex.  My influence is limited.  She wants to make a decent lick quick, not hold out for top dollar.  I am aware of pricing.  I need a contact.

Regarding location, Northern Adams Township is all I know, and pretty dang contiguous.

Adams is right in the middle of the Wet Gas area here. She should join the land group listed above.
