Does anyone have any information about this group? They are holding a meeting this Thursday. I called to ask if their lawyer would be there and what things they would be discussing. I was told it was more of a meeting to 'sign up' landowners'; that they had been advertising about a year and we should have heard about them by now.
Myself and several neighbors have JUST heard of them. I did put a call in to my personal lawyer to see if he felt it would be best for him to vet the contract, as it will have been written by another lawyer, a Richard Emens out of Columbus.
Any thoughts or helpful advice would be appreciated.

The group has been in existence since at least last Spring, maybe more like a year. They are a very large group as measured by acres. I have seen at least two rather lengthy articles in the Wooster Daily Record regarding their activities this year. Mr Emens is regarded as the best O&G attorney in the state. If you can attend their meeting, it would most likely be to your benefit. As far as I know they are a non-profit landowner group.
