Pooling Units and Royalty Payments
If you are included in a 640 acre pooled unit and a well is drilled so that no part of your property contributes to the production of that well, are you paid royalties for that production? Can someone knowledgeable in this area describe to us how this works and what a "division order" means?

I am not positive but I would say yes. And also, when a well is drilled on your property the other landowners in your unit would receive royalties from your well.
