They are planning a large gas line through our property. Will this tie it up to the point that they won't want or are not allowed to frack the area? Please let me know if anyone has run into this issue or if you know of them fracking areas like this.

Permalink Reply by John Setlock on February 8, 2012 at 5:14am You need to understand that if someone digs a hole or a trench a mile away from your house, it will effect your foundation in no way (or your pipes). This is the same idea only in the Z direction.
