What kind of leasing rates are you receiving for the Antero water line right of way easement going through Ritchie, Pleasants and Tyler County?
Are you being told this is a water only pipeline or something else?

Permalink Reply by Kyle Nuttall on January 9, 2013 at 5:23am The rule of thumb for gas line right of ways is a dollar per inch in diameter per linear foot. I'd use that as a starting point, unless they're talking about a temporary water line that will be removed when drilling activity is over, in which case you could definitely go a lot lower. Just make sure that you protect your surface in either case.
