Yes Jeron....most of the landowners around the Tennessee Pipeline have been paid by SWEPI, LP.  These would be folks along Meadow Church Road, Horsecreek Road, Maple Shade Road, and Zacherl Road.

Can anyone tell any of the details of the lease that the landowners signed with Caffey?   Can others in the area get the same offer?

Please lets make this clear! Not Tenn. Valley gas pipeline. Tenn. Valley is hydro electric. You are talking Tenn. gas pipeline. Owned by Kindler Morgan. Two very different systems. The pump sta. on Meadow Church is ONLY A TRANSMISSION STA. NOT FOR PRODUCITION. Have tried to explain this before. Can not and will not be changed! Any questions please ask and will try to answer.

There is a meeting at the Franklin Quality Inn on Tues, March 6th, at 6:30 PM by the washingtonlawyerspa law firm. They will talk about the NAPE expo and the great contacts they made there.  There are several companies very interested in Venango and Mercer Counties.
