Comment by LPR9 on June 19, 2013 at 1:59am I've discussed Somerset County Marcellus potential with several folks in the industry recently. They are optimistic that the area will be active in the future. Wondering what you all are hearing?
Comment by Michael Omerzo on February 8, 2012 at 12:04pm Come on Somerset let us all in, or is this only for Columbia pipeline. Any info on the new leases terms would be very helpful. Thanks.

Thanks.

Comment by Matthew Marafino on May 17, 2011 at 3:28am Chief Exploration and Development offered to lease my land in Jenner Township for $50.00/ acre for the initial signing and then $1500.00 per mineral acre for a 5 year lease. Does any one else know if this is reasonable for this area? I haven't signed anything yet.
