New Chief Leases near Shunk Elkland twp.

I was recently recontacted by Chief regarding a lease for my land which they have assigned to a new well they referred to as "Reibson" (sp?). I'm still waiting on a platt map, so I don't know anything about it. The landman said they had recently concluded a round of leasing "with a group" in Shunk. Was anyone a part of that, and care to share the terms or any info about the new well? It would be greatly appreciated.

Chief has not even filed for the permit yet according to the landman
