pipelines in sullivan county

Recently saw some pipeline activity in the southern part of the county. Also seeing loads of permits for it and lots of flags for it. Anyone have them doing pipelines in your area? Hopefully they will complete the ones they have permitted. Any info on the Marc I progress??????
