In response to Tom's email to all Sully members I thought I'd post the article he referenced from the Scranton Times-Tribune for all to peruse. It appears to me that the issue of Lazer Gathering being granted utility status will be addressed in the courts. I am dubious Lazer will meet the criteria needed to be declared a utility. Regardless, this is very disconcerting to landowners given the fact that Lazer advances with impunity its desire to exercise eminent domain over us. Landowner rights are being challenged and that challenge will have to be fought in the courts, a costly measure for us little guys.
And the O&G guys wonder why we distrust them?
