Regarding the Carter and Family Lawsuit, I guess I don't understand. Why would you sue a company that by law and PA state agreement Cabot will take care of supplying water and or fix the problem. I know it must be a major issue to have this happen and don't blame you for being furious.
But a lawsuit???? You sue the hand that is giving you money for the gas they are extracting from your land. No one is complaining about that except for the person getting $49. a couple of times. Tell Cabot to fix your water and shutdown your well be done with them, I bet you won't do that.
One would hope that all issues big or small could be settled without going this route. Didn't you or don't you have some sort of relationship with someone in the company?
It has been reported that you signed on for $25. an acre and are furious with those that got $2,500 an acre. If this is true, you should have waited. I guess the early bird doesn't always get the worm.
