Pipeline on land

Currently I have a mineral lease with Chesapeke and now they are walking the land to see how to run a pipe line through it. Do I get paid extra if the pipeline is allowed and does anyone have any idea how much?

Yes, but not much. I think it is a one time payment of about 5 bucks a foot.

Talked to a pipeline rep yesterday from Mason Dixon doing pipeline project for Chesapeake Appalachia in Auburn twsp. They are paying 5000.00 per disturbed acre.Ralph

Read your Lease!! Likely you have already agreed to the pipeline - so long as it is for your Production Unit to get the Gas, for which you get Royalty, to market.
