Any Leasing Activity?

I've contacted both Williams and Endless Mountains Energy; they both said they'd "get right back to me" about leasing, but I haven't heard from either in almost 2 weeks. There's lots of drilling and fracing activity here in Delmar Township; I see the stone and water trucks rolling by all day. Is there any active leasing going on?

Things are really quiet in real life, too. I haven't heard a peep from a landman since before Christmas.

I never saw a lot of landmen around....only 2 (both from East) have ever contacted me. I emailed Endless Mountains Energy again and they are not interested in my area, and there isn't enough unleased land around for Williams to be interested...I guess it's back to East being the only game in town. I hate the ought of signing their lease, with the pathetic bonus and the poor terms...then getting in a unit with a shut in well so it would still be years before I saw any royalties. That's a bad deal.

I don't know. The East landman told me that they were planning to put me in a unit (for a well that isn't drilled yet). He even told me that they wanted to drill on my land (they didn't want to very badly, though, since they wouldn't even negotiate their offer). I'm also very close to the Kennedy well.
