We signed in May for $4000/18%/5yrs./5yrs. All other offers were lower, $2500 & 2000/15%.  We have less than 20 acres & everyone else near us was leased for the last 5 years, so we got a few addendums that we wanted and decided it was best for us to sign.  We are in SE Tioga.  Hope this helps.

In Delmar Township the only offers I've had have been from East/Shell; the most recent is $2000/15% with limited addenda
