East Resources Lease Shut-In Terms

The East landman showed me a map of Tioga County with the East leases highlighted in yellow and it looked like 3/4 of the county was leased. Is anyone actually getting royalties yet?

They seem to be starting laying pipeline with the areas near the Tennessee Pipeline. I haven't seen any sign of pipeline yet in southern Delmar Township; they've been drilling wells continuously for over 2 years now. There are now more wells than I can keep track of between Rt. 362 and Stony Fork; at least a couple of dozen. And the gravel trucks still roll by most days.
