The southern end of this 24" pipeline from/to Corning is just over the state border, in Jackson Twp. It appears, from the National Fuel Gas website, that it's fully subscribed with 10 year commitments by ERI (now SWEPI) and Talisman.
The information in eFacts is limited, but SWEPI and Talisman do have some new pipeline E&S permits. It looks like one feeder line will run along east of the intersection of 549 and N. Elk Run (Pannebaker, Wood, McClure) , then just west of Jobs Corners and by Daggett (Mitchell and Busia). Which does leave a lot of blanks to be filled in. Anyone have more info?
