The info is from a letter I just got from them.  This discussion is a follow-up to one I posted last June:

"Not much info in the letter enXco sent out, but it would be on the ridge of hills that runs through Richmond, Tioga, Rutland, and Jackson Twps."

 I don't know why they dropped it, but I think it would be hard to sign people up given that they offer so much less than the gascos.
