Bill,

I know this is little while after your post but I just saw it. Would like to know where you found the map of the storage pool. I dont have land affected by any but I am a local owner and also a Real Estate Title Agent so I deal with this problem alot trying to figure out if a sale property is affected by these pools. I would like to put together a list of maps to all these pools but getting info from Dominion or North Penn is impossible.

Hey there Dave. I'm not sure exactly where I found it but I will look thru my "saved computer sites".

If I cannot locate I can still help you I think. I printed out the map for my own information. Maybe I could send you an email photo of it. The map I have includes Tioga, Bradford, parts of Clinton county and some others. There is also a slice of New York state that shows storage areas too.

Got it. Like you I am going to try to overlay property lines if I can size a map right. One thing I did run into several months ago while working with a customer with land adjacent to the Boom Station storage well, there was no lease on the property but North Penn Gas claimed a 200 yard isolation/exclusion zone around the well. Last I know he was taking them to court to challange. No outcome yet.

Glad to be able to help you Dave. Let me know how your customer comes out on his court case if you are able to Dave. All we need is a big enough "chink" to pry open Dominion's unfair $2.00 lease!
