It would be subsidized housing for moderate income families priced out of the rental market by the influx of gas workers.

Also, yu have 80,000 ppl expected, some homes are going to be built.  I still don't understand why it is take'n so long for the rest of the ppl to wake up and see that they can't pay anyone min wage here any more.  I'm sorry for the Kingdom incs and the low wage champs of the area, but this is going to be an expencive area and that's just that.
