So, where is the rebuttal of the contaminant levels found by the PA DEP in their field testing at gas well sites, including the 7 in Tioga County?
Apples and oranges. The web page I posted the url for is a map that includes seven Tioga County wells. It was NOT the url for an article entitled "Regulation Lax as Gas Wells’ Tainted Water Hits Rivers" The rebuttals you've posted refer to that article, not the map.
