If you go to Landex http://www.landex.com/webstore/ you can search, but it helps if you know the name of the well (usually named for the property owner).  Go to SEARCH at the top of the page, check the county you want, DOCUMENT TYPE 'other', and enter either the name of a property owner or the gas co. You can get some details for free, but you have to buy the map of the unit. You can get a list of property owners in a unit for free, so you can see if your neighbors are included. Most wells that I've seen in TIoga Co. run NW/SE because that's the way the grain of the shale runs in this area.
