??? Afaik, TC Utica is dry ... minimal NGLs.  If by chance a commercial amount is discovered, it could be pipelined to existing Pittsburgh area pipelines to operational crackers (Canada, Texas).

That article is so badly written it's embarrassing. The numbers are all wrong, and they can't even spell Middlebury right. I really wonder who is behind this. All the numbers are public, so why make stuff up? Do they assume nobody will check?
