Here it is - over a month later - and nothing new on this post. Yes things are definitely quiet here. Come on trumbull county. Has anyone seen the rig on the Brugler pad at night? Comments? Observations? News about BP's plans for the county?

Halcon has signs up for the Kibler well in Lordstown on Brunstetter Rd..

I was by the Brugler pad over the weekend.  I live about a mile from it.  I haven't seen it at night, but did see the halcon site in west salem township at night before they moved the rig from there to the brugler site.  Very impressive site to see with everything lit up. 

Talked with someone from BP this morning and sounded like Hartford is on their list of target areas for one of their appraisals wells this year.

This may be hearsay, but i heard possibly the apple orchard area.  The Euckers land perhaps?  And more definitely - was told the large Miller farm in kinsman will have a pad constructed for an "appraisal" well.

I heard the orchard area was a target as well.  The site prep should start by the end of the month.
