Anyone hear about them moving the railroad back in to Mill Twsp?  I heard they have plans for a refinery on Blizzard Ridge and drove back there tonight.  Lots of activity going on.  Much air traffic lately over the Tenn High Presure lines and is area.  There are stakes up all over fields here and I heard they survied out the tracks.  Anyone know the details?
