Interesting to see CHK  still actively drilling Tusc. with drop in Oil prices

Yeah they do Paul. It is located just outside of Newport it looks like. It is off of Edie Hill Rd and Wolford RD SE I believe. I am surprised they are still drilling as well with the drop in prices. They must have unlocked the code or they want more data on these wells.

Any idea how much land this will encompass?  I live on the road as well.

I have land on wolfed rd and spoke to chesapeake a little over a year ago. they wanted to put the pad on me but looks like logistically they changed their mind and want to put it right across the street. this is strictly hunting property so when i was down a few weeks ago the road has been beefed up and looks like they have the pad all marked out.

We need to hear some info on these wells in SE Tusc.....

 

Interesting....this well has a  "non-perf" zone.....wonder why?  No mineral lease?

Yeah someone must be holding out for big money or is unleased still in the unit. The real question is how do you know your property is not being drained by the company drilling it.
