A friend pointed out that CHK leases he's aware of do not show they've been reassigned/sold yet at the courthouse.

I have paperwork sent from CHK that indicates the leases have been sold

If I recall properly, the company was CGas.  I believe it is a subsidiary of Enervest.

So if you're in western Tusc, your acreage is for sale again, correct? I just saw an investor presentation graphic dated 3-6-13 that reflects the western portion of Tusc is what they're selling and the eastern is what they're keeping for now...
