I should add that he said the Troyer well is supposed to flare this week and the rumor (only a rumor) is that this is a good well...

We are also HBP by Randell Oil.  Since October they've been telling us they're in negotiations to sell our lease, but now I'm wondering if they held out too long and missed the boat?  It's not easy for me to get to the recorders office to see if we've been flipped but ODNR still lists our unit as Randell Oil.

Carroll county is the hot spot at the moment and all of the activity is there.  CHK, true to form, leased far more land than they could ever really produce.
