Does anyone think they will ever drill? Seems like they've been going to start for the last 2 years......wondering if they are just going to be a huge flipper?

Dott's post above has a very interesting article attached. Good information to have in the event the oil company knocks on your door to have you sign to have a pipeline placed on your property.

That pipeline is part of the ATEX  pipeline....it is not a gathering pipeline, as in gathering from well pads.

This is in reference to the line in S. Tusc. that Al referred to.

Paul...The article says "Blue Racer Midstream is concentrating on its western connector that will directly connect wells in Noble, Washington, Guernsey and Tuscarawas counties to the main line in West Virginia where natural gas and liquids can be processed" It says wells so isn't that a gathering pipline from well pads?

Blue racer will be feeding the Natrium plant in West Virginia from counties in Ohio. This line will connect the east ohio system as well. The Atex pipeline will go the Gulf Coast. I have a feeling blue racer might do gathering lines in Tusc just depends which producers sign up with them for processing.

As far as Pipline.... A friend just told me that when Sierra signed him up they told him that they would drill first and if they found something then the gathering pipelines would come.

Had heard Sierra was going to drill in Union Township in the near future. Haven't seen any proof.

You may be right because I just now found out that the Kleski site has been pushed back a year by Sierra.  Now I know why when they tell you something they always follow it up with "and that could change", because things are changing rapidly.

I remember when we built our house many years ago that whatever timeline the contractor give you for completion add nine weeks. I believe we will soon develop an "add on" time for quoted date of drilling. My vote is 17 months beyond their stated drilling date. - Denver

That sounds like a dumb deal Sierra got into.......they need to dump Carroll county and go west.

They say Sierra defaulted,    Sierrra says they released the lease.....

Carroll County folks should be happy.....2.25M  for free.
