please read a post on here about a Vortex Energy LLC company trying to get wv Tyler etc.) people to sign leases with them and that its a dummy company that doesn't pay up. In other words don't sign with this Vortex its a fake company.

Yes I had heard about vortex I am leased with Chesapeake but it runs out in dec I've heard that they are not renewing their leases in my area I wonder if anyone else has heard this

ARS enterprise sent me a letter saying they are interested in buying my mineral rights they didn't make a offer ,I was wondering if anyone else had been approached

Theres a difference between selling your mineral royalties and leasing your mineral rights.

I leased with chk but that was 2 yrs ago for Greene Co. Pa. well just went on line in sept. I also leased to Statoil a year ago for Littleton Wv. Nothing going on there yet. I also live in Tyler Co. but my leased mineral rights aren't here. my family are originaly from Wetzel, Marshall wv and Greene co. pa.But this is a great site for info. just read and ask ???? someone will answer.....
