Flaring Well, probably Lincoln Dist.

Looking for name and location of a well that is being flared; is probably Lincoln Dist.   Flare reflection in the sky can be seen over in Ohio along Rt 7 in Jackson Twp.   Any ideas appreciated.   Name of well, land owner, oil company.
