I recently was sent a lease agreement . It turns out I am an heir as my mother was born and lived there and has since passed away . I have been told by the company that sent the original lease request that through further research , they found out that Glover Oil and Gas have secured the rights . I am having a hard time trying to contact them . Can anyone help or give me some advice ?

I have been trying to get to the bottom of the same issue with Glover Oil and Gas. We are different parts of the same Glover interest (not related to Glover O&G). I have you on my family tree. Glover O & G is owned by Fred Glover who somehow has gained both controlling mineral rights and is the driller on the property in question. The family has been getting inquiries about a new lease but, like you, was withdrawn due to an "existing lease" under the name of Fred Glover/Glover O & G. I have additional information about what we are doing about it. Perhaps we should speak off line.
