this is a non comparison as CHK controls their own midstream, there is not a un-affiliated party in the ref. above.

Royalty clause is so much more, all the lease has to be considered not just one sentence or one paragraph, it needs to be read as the whole.

I think all folks would agree that gross is different from net and that a 1% difference in that royalty % is worth alot of upfront money.

Enhancement is the word that folks have trouble defining.

I would suggest that interested parties contact the Midstream client who will be handling alot of this Rich Liquids and get their opinion of value.

I believe 5 STAR got its name from being parts of 5 counties, Pleasants-Ritchie -Doddridge-Wetzel and Tyler with focus on Tyler and parts of the other four.

Hey Bob,

You just surfing the web and find this or you got inside source? So you're in 5 star then?

Tom, I get most of my information surfing the internet.

I am (or was) a member of the 5 Star Landowners group. I don't know the status of the group for those of us who were dissatisfied with the contract Mr Millison negotiated with Antero. I believe the core members will reorganize and continue to pursue a group lease.

Ok. What were the things you didn't like about the lease he had?

I believe this map[or one very close to it] was shown on two different occasions to the 5 Star group.

Oh ok. Thanks

Triad Hunter has completed 12-13 vertical wells between Hickman Run and Shriver Run.

The property owner listed on all the permits is Meredith/Lakeside Holdings. Permit numbers 2006-2018.

Well 2016 is about 600 yards south of the end of Hickman Run Rd.

I have no idea, I am not familiar with the area.

i heard there was a gas well fire explosion in tyler county any word where and any pics to post
