A local resident informed me that Chesapeake officials along with the property owner looked at a potential drill site near the Long/Fletcher property line 1/2 mile west of the Hadley well. We have been approached by Chesapeake to lease our minerals. If there were a well in that location, Chesapeake would need our property to create a unit.
