Any News?

I have 32 acres in Washington County located in Fearing township.  I live close to Akron, Ohio and am trying to keep myself informed on what is happening in Washington County.  This is difficult because I don't have local networking available, or word of mouth from my neighbors.

 

Is there any activity currently?  PDC made me an offer last month, but I didn't sign.  I am not interested in signing as an individual and want to do what is best for my neighbors in that area.  Just wondering if anyone has heard anything recently?

We have a landowner group formed in the Lowell area and are being represented by Southern Ohio Energy Consultants. We've had 2 meetings and are having a third on January 10,  7 PM at the Lowell legion. There are other groups, but with a wide range of fees. We are asking those in our group to sign up at the next meeting.

We are having a guest speaker from the ODNR. Feel free to attend if you can.

Do you have any producing wells on your property?? There are a lot of transfers being made in this area of current leases. Things are just getting started in this area IMO.......   Thanks Willie

There is a group of landowners who have formed their own group, we are called the Liberty Landowners Association. We have quite a few members from fearing township already and welcome any new ones. We have general membership meetings the second and the fourth Thursdays of each month at the Dalzell community building in Dalzell Ohio.
