What happened to the water on Rt 231 near Claysville?

For the past year I have noticed a number of houses on Rt 231 heading toward West Finley have large water tanks in their yards that say "AL's Water Service"  I'm assuming there was some sort of contamination issue but can't really say why. Does anyone know of this issue and was it contaminated by drilling?

Jason, my parents live out that way and there is a LOT of coal being mined right now directly under that area. If I had to guess what was up with people's water, I'd say thats what its about.
