Marshall County $7,500 Per Acre and 20% Wetzel County Over $6,000

No specifics were given. This infomation was posted on another site that someone in Marshall County has signed a lease for $7,500 and 20% . Also, another mineral owner has stated over $6,000 per acre in Wetzel County.

I have 42 acres along Roberts Ridge Road w lease expiring in 18 months.

Forward me info to contact folks paying $5000 plus per acre.  I just signed a 

big one with Shell for $5000 an acre in Muskingum County Ohio.  The group

is still signing people.
