Webster and Nicholas this has been going on for a year or more

Nicholas is seeing lot of activity and Webster also. Prices seem to be higher in the norhern part of the state and cheaper in the southern. where are you Earle

Nicholas, I have 140ac in Doddridge Co and have been swamped with offers most of them cheep!! check out an article in the Wva times April 22nd that a Chesapeake oil co paid $350.000 for a lease on 200 ac beats what I have been offered. I`am checking with them now or I should say trying to get in touch.

Mike, My family and I have a substantial O & G mineral ownership in Nicholas County. I have been approached by Blus Scape but I don't like the terms of the lease. Any other companies offer leases is Nicholas?....I'm prepared to be patient if necessary as I feel the prices/terms will improve as the infastructure improves in this part of the state. I'm intersted in forming a county group for Nicholas.
