Chesapeake offered $200.00 an acre but said they that we might now hear from them again for 5 years. We don't own the land to the 46 acres, just the mineral rights. They wanted to utilize us into 600 acres. I use to have a business card of an area land-man, but threw it away but here is a number you can call.
