Offering to have a lease prepared in advance for you to sign if contacted ahead of meeting. Also left a voicemail claiming they are wanting to " file a permit " in the area. Also have 2 web sites. Mineralscash.com & FrioResources.com. Are these guys actual operators ? Lease flippers or something else ? Never heard of them.See More
