Can anybody advise me how to start out, or where to start? I have 332 acres in Grant District, Wetzel County, Wv. EQT wanted me to accept 1.00 on the lease that was written, 1901. The lease was updated in 1972. Nothing since then. I took pictures of the 3 wells already there, they are capped I guess, but 1 of them has bubbling liquid with the smell and the taste of gas, most of my day from that bubbling. I found out I was the owner after they needed to find the owner to drill 8 more wells. Please does anybody know what to help me with? Thank you so much
