Anna, Nice to meet you. Where you located? I'm in oxford township, a part of the HD McClain well. Guernsey county. I used Mary Keith for an attorney on contracts. She is very busy, lives in Utah, travels to Guernsey county about once a month. Very approachable and nice. She is the sister to the guy that has the Shurgert wells. Yes, she knows her business. Like I said, she is very busy. Phone # 740-260-3755. reasonable priced. Another resource is Evan Hastings, ph # 740-260-1186. call or text him. he is very knowledgeable with the water line and has had first hand experience with them. Difinitely talk to him before doing anything more. he is my neighbor. he is on GMS quite a bit. Stay away from David Lilley. He is a know it all and a trouble maker. Good Luck and don't be in a rush.
