I have a strategically located property in Picture Rocks, Pa, Lycoming County, Wolf Township that is yet unleased.  The surrounding properties are leased with either RR or XTO. I have tried to contact them but no luck.  Do you know of a landman working in that area? Would you be willing to put us in contact if you know of someone? The 8.3 acres is strategically located near an existing gas line.  That seems interesting if the surrounding are is drilled upon. Thank you, JC
