- I am trying to figure out why all the property owners around me are making a killing on thier royalties and I am making nothing and I have more property. I feel that I screwed with our lease, we were very uneducated and we were very vulnerable and in a finacial situation and were very vulnerable and was taken advantage of. We have suffered greatly with conitions the gas company has caused around us. What can we do?
