- I have done leaseing/land aquisition in the 70s. I since have developed sites for drilling and serviceing purposes. I have also done environmental cleanup of sites and have RLD certification for environmental issues. Its through the Chesapeake Bay Board and Commonwealth of Va.

Was surprised to hear from you since it has been so long. I leased the 70.5 acres up on the ridge to CNX. I also sued Enervest over the lease on the family farm because of a line that my dad added. You remember him... Anyway, he was smart enough to write something in the lease, and I sued and we came to an arrangement. I just found the new ODNR website and see where the family farm is in the next plotted well going in! I am in the process of getting a couple of bids back to sell ten percent of my interest in 150 acres. 79.01 with EnerVest, and 70.5 with CNX. Looks like the 79.01 will be paying sooner than I expected.
If this is the Daniel Gadd my father dealt with a few years ago, I would like to talk with you. E-mail me and maybe we can connect. I still have 70 acres land locked and would like to know my options.
