Introduce Yourself
I own 50.2 acres in Monroe County OH. My neghbors are asking me to consider jumping on board with the leasing of thier mineral rights(they own a bit over 200 acres surrounding meon three sides) . I had never planned to offer up the rights. NOT a huge fan of "Fraking" but if the money is as good as my neighbors are talking.....its more than my morals will allow me to walk away from.
