- I am being solicited to sign a tracking lease. CNX is currently drilling on the land. My mother owns mineral rights on 21.6 acres and we are not sure as to whether to cash out or roll the dice and take some upfront money and wait for the cash flow. Dodridge County and Cove District. We do not know what to think at this point. Doing nothing is not an option. Any advice?
