During the leasing boom a little over 4 years ago the gas cos in question "recognized" the state line between wv and pa in the area from Follansbee up to northern Washington County. Range wasnt interested in WV and Chessie wouldn't negotiate in PA towards the end, even when lands were adjacent. Now heading a bit more north into southern beaver chessie did lease some in PA but much of that was later flipped to Range.

Unfortunately no.  I deal with land owners and don't talk to any O & G people.  I did meet some Hilcorp execs at our mass signing at the Cathedral. Maybe try calling Cx-Energy at 724 933 1311

I doubt they would show you any maps with proposed wells as they are usually very secretive on their plans. Existing wells and permits can be accessed through the DEP website.
