Sorry I missed this comment! Yes,it's Western Land Services and it's Matt Johnson. They have approached me several times the last couple years with different account guys. I did request a no surface lease and they agreed for 2,500 an acre. I have no desire for any surface disruption at all!! I didn't put to much info in my profile or discussion because I figured it is monitored fairly closely by the gas companies. I have really just begun the process so your input and help is really appreciated!!
